The law of attraction teaches us that what you think you attract. If your thoughts and words are negative, they will bring negative into your life, positive words and thoughts will bring positive things into your life. That’s why I tend to be very careful with choosing the words I use and I try to do my best to keep the negative mindset to a minimum. That’s why I tend to stay away from everything and everyone that make me, my soul or body feel anything that’s even remotely negative. I do whatever it takes to keep myself surrounded by positive energy. If I feel something is affecting me in a negative way, I remove myself from the situation.We all have moments where a situation simply, well… s*cks, excuse my French. In those cases I let myself feel those feelings for a short period of time, get that bad energy out of me and try to focus on positive thoughts. I tell myself that all that is happening to me is FOR me and not TO me.
A few years ago I wasn’t in the best place in my life mentally, so I started watching a lot of videos on YouTube about the power of our mind and energy, the idea of creating our own reality and making our dreams happen. That’s manifestation, using your beliefs, feelings and thoughts to (purposely) make something happen in reality. Watching videos on this topic has become a big part of my “me time”, so has taking time in the day to work on manifesting what I want for myself.
The key is that you must think about what you want as if it’s already happening and you’re simply living it in the present, you’re visualizing it and being thankful for it. Ever since I started practicing this, things have started falling into place in my life. Since I’m not a professional in this field, so this is just me expressing how I interpret this concept and how it has affected me and my life.
My friends and I talk a lot about this topic. Listen to what experts on these topics have to say. Dr. Joe Dispenza is one of many, he even takes it to a higher level from a scientific point of view. This idea is something that really changed my life for the better.
